Established in 2021 by Connor Murphy, Blue Arrow Group is a Charlotte-based construction company specializing in new build single-family homes and townhome development. Our dedication to quality craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail defines our approach to every project.
Working closely with skilled subcontractors, we've successfully completed diverse undertakings, from renovations and remodels to ground-up constructions.
In-house designer Kate Murphy contributes a distinctive touch, focusing on crafting homes with a timeless, classic contemporary design. We follow a customized approach, treating each house as if it were our own, ensuring a commitment to quality and precision.

CONNOR MUPRHY
As the visionary founder of Blue Arrow Group, Connor Murphy brings a wealth of experience and passion to the world of residential construction. Growing up around construction sites in New York, Connor's early exposure fueled his lifelong interest in home building. After a successful 15-year career in finance, he made a strategic pivot to focus on residential real estate in Charlotte. With a strong commitment to attention to transparency, trust, and surpassing expectations, Connor has led Blue Arrow Group to specialize in new build single-family homes and townhome development in the Charlotte area. His hands-on approach and careful consideration of each project's unique needs set Blue Arrow Group apart in delivering dream homes to satisfied homeowners.
KATE MURPHY
Kate Murphy has a background in customer service having worked in the travel industry for a luxury cruise line and boutique agency for over 10 years cumulatively. In 2018 she began her career change when she managed short term real estate investments. Kate is a creative thinker, and always makes it her job to come up with a solution to any challenge. She holds a North Carolina real estate broker license, and as the in-house designer of Blue Arrow Group, she procures a wide range of materials to deliver a cohesive finished project.
MATT SMITH
Matt Smith is our Project Manager. He has been with Blue Arrow Group since his graduation from Indiana University, South Bend in the Spring of 2022. Matt has dedication and amazing work ethic. He brings those important qualities to our construction sites to operate them smoothly and efficiently.
